TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR BOARDROOM AND MEETING ROOM

  • Payment to be made by BACS or cheque (payable to HBS Ltd).
  • Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date. Overdue payments will incur a 5% room hire charge.
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Failure to do so will incur a 50% room hire charge.  If catering cannot be cancelled in time, this will be charged at full rate.
  • Should any damage or breakages occur, The Green House reserves the right to make a reasonable charge for the repair or replacement of damaged or broken items.
  • Room occupancy numbers must not be exceeded under any circumstances.  The number of delegates is to be confirmed at time of booking. When this is not possible, final numbers must be provided 24 hours prior to booking date.
  • Food and light refreshments which are intended to be consumed in the room must be supplied by The Green House.
  • In the interests of health and safety, one delegate must be nominated as the ‘Responsible Person’.  This person should make themselves known to reception staff on arrival and will assume charge of the other delegates in the event of a fire evacuation.
  • Conference telephone facilities may be accessed in the Boardroom. There is no charge for this where the numbers begin with 01,02,03 and 07 . Any calls made out with these numbers will incur a charge.
