The Green House entertains 21 office suites all finished to the highest quality you would expect. Our office suites range from 220 sqft to 2308 sqft. We have a fully manned reception, Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. We have meeting/conference facilities for internal and external hire.
Be Part of Our Community
All our offices have space to promote businesses within the building via directory boards. At reception we have a 75-inch screen featuring in-house company logos and a place to leave your business cards where they can be viewed by other businesses, their clients and the public. We also place company logos on signage at the office entrances.
In House Discounts
Our tenants receive in house discounts for use of the meeting room and boardroom and there are ample parking spaces for tenants and guests right at the main entrance. We have a breakout area that encourages networking and provides the opportunity to bring everyone in the building together on various occasions throughout the year. We have a great in-house business community that we strive to maintain through varied events.
