The Green House

The Green House is a Luxury Business Centre located in the Capital of the  Highlands, Inverness. We have an exceptional location adjacent to the A9, the main road north/south and are next to the A96 with all links East. The Green House is located close to the City centre and with good transport links all round. There is parking at the front door and a fully manned reception to ensure a first class welcome to you and your guests.

The Green House entertains 21 office suites all finished to the highest quality you would expect. Our office suites range from 220 sqft to 3200 sqft. 

On-site we have high quality meeting/conference facilities with the latest technology for internal and external hire.

Marr House

Marr House is made up of 6 office suites ranging from 200 sqft to 1100 sqft. It is located within the Beechwood Business Park across the road from The Green House. Like the Green House the location is exceptional with great links to A9, A96 and the City Centre. The office suites are finished to the highest standard and offer a fantastic area for you and your team to work.

There are meeting and conference facilities offered here also they are located at The Green house a few minutes’ walk away.

Meeting & Board Rooms

Within the Green House we present a meeting Room that can hold up to 10 people, has a telephone, drop down projection screen and flip chart.

The Boardroom can hold comfortably up to 12 people and has a 64 inch presentation screen, telephone conferencing and flip chart.

Both rooms are available from a minimum of 2 hours to a full days hire. We also offer flexibility for smaller businesses, that perhaps are run from home, but need premises to present/meet with their clients, please get in touch for prices and more information.

There are discounts given to Green House and Marr House tenants please just ask for further details.
